1. How long to ship?
I try to ship orders within 24 business hours of receipt. How long it takes to get to you depends on the Post Office. I use Priority Mail for most orders.
2. How much do you charge for standard shipping and handling?
I use Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes. No surprises this way. You can cram a lot in a small package.
If you order more than $200, I’ll ship it for FREE to the same address!
Insurance is extra and actual cost will be added to your order if you ask.
Shipping and handling fees will be charged for each additional shipping address according to the above listed fees.
3. Will I be charged sales tax?
If you are located in the state of Washington, you will be charged sales tax based on where you live (by zip code).
4. What is your return policy?
Please contact me with any issues with your order. All sales are final. If there was an error, please report it within (3) three days of receiving your order. I check emails several times a day. Be sure to include your phone number.
5. I want to send a gift to a friend. Can you do that?
Yes. All you have to do is fill out the order form with the "ship to" information. The receipt will be sent to you.
